About

We are My Life Spark, P.C.

A physician-owned medical practice and the operating company behind the country's first medically-serious GLP-1 and metabolic health franchise. Founded by clinicians who watched the compounding boom fail their patients — and decided to build the alternative.

Our Thesis

Metabolic health is the largest unmet medical demand in a generation — and nobody has built the operator.

GLP-1 receptor agonists are the largest therapeutic launch in pharmaceutical history. Twelve million American adults are now on them, and demand is doubling annually. Yet the average patient receives less than twelve minutes of physician time, no body composition assessment, no muscle-preservation protocol, and no cardiometabolic workup. They lose lean mass, regain weight, and never get the full benefit of the medication.

The compounding crackdown of 2025 closed the gray-market shortcut. Six million patients are looking for a legitimate, branded, physician-led home for their care. None of the existing categories — med-spas, telehealth coupon shops, or 12-minute primary care — can deliver it.

My Life Spark is the operator that category requires. A physician-owned PC structure, compliant in every state. A clinical protocol — the Life Spark Survivorship Protocol™ — authored by board-certified internists and endocrinologists. A franchise model purpose-built to scale a medically rigorous brand across 250 clinics and 75 DMAs.

We are not a wellness brand. We are a medical practice that happens to scale like a category-defining consumer brand.

Built for survivorship. Governed for trust.

Clinician-reviewed, guideline-aligned

Every surveillance plan is reviewed by a licensed clinician and mapped to NCCN, ASCO, and COG-LTFU guidance.

PHI access audit trail

Every view, export, and share of a survivor's chart is logged. Survivors can see who accessed their data and revoke access at any time.

HIPAA-ready infrastructure

Encrypted PHI at rest and in transit, SOC 2 Type II vendors, BAAs with every subprocessor, annual penetration testing. See our HIPAA readiness page for the current status of each feature.

Consent-scoped data sharing

Nothing leaves your account without an explicit action or an opt-in you can revoke. Automated FHIR sync is off until HIPAA readiness is complete.

Portable, patient-owned record

Your survivorship chart travels with you. Download it, share it, or hand a printable summary to any new clinician.

Independent clinical review

Protocols reviewed with our CSPN clinician network and refreshed against the peer-reviewed literature.
