Arbitration opt-out
The Terms include a binding arbitration clause and class-action waiver. You may opt out by sending written notice to connect@lifesparksurvivorship.com within 30 days of first accepting the Terms. Opting out does not affect any other part of the agreement, and our tiered process still applies: good-faith discussion, then JAMS mediation, then binding arbitration. No court action and no jury trial.
