Is the My Life Spark Seattle clinic open?
Not yet. South Lake Union — H1 2027. You can join the Seattle waitlist and we will route you to the nearest open clinic or secure telehealth visit in the meantime.
What services does the Seattle survivorship clinic offer?

Do I need a referral to be seen in Seattle?
No referral is required. If you have a treating oncology or primary care team, we coordinate a shared-care plan with them so surveillance is not duplicated or missed.
Does the Seattle clinic share records with my other doctors?
Only with your written consent. You can review, export, and print everything you enter, and you control what is shared and with whom.
