Life Spark provides education and clinical decision-support reference material. It is not medical care, does not create a clinician-patient relationship, and is not FDA cleared or accredited. Emergency, crisis and safety information is always free. If you have urgent symptoms, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Is Life Spark free for cancer survivors and caregivers?
Yes. The survivor and caregiver environment is free, including the personal record, symptom tracking, the transition-of-care plan and the education library. There is no survivor paywall.
What do clinicians get without paying?
Clinicians can use guideline summaries, surveillance schedule downloads, the care-plan outline, the program checklist and the shared-care map at no cost. Approved CSPN Working Group members, interns and partners get the full library with a code.
What does a paid license add?
Paid licenses add the full protocol library, patient toolkit, QA calls and, for groups and health systems, additional seats, a medical director liaison and cohort-level reporting.
Is Life Spark medical care or an FDA-cleared device?
No. Life Spark provides education and decision-support reference material. It is not medical care, does not replace a clinician's judgment, and is not FDA cleared. Emergency and safety information is never behind a paywall.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Access continues to the end of the current billing period.
Does Life Spark accept pharmaceutical advertising?
No. Revenue comes from clinician and organization licenses and implementation services, not from advertising.
