Strategic Partner spotlight

Where CSPN fits.

CSPN — HeartRisa Strategic Partner

A first-tier external collaborator, not an owner.

The Cancer Survivorship Professionals Network is recognized as a HeartRisa Strategic Partner under Article IX § 9.2 and Article XIII. CSPN contributes survivorship reach, community engagement, recruitment support, educational dissemination, research collaboration, and stakeholder engagement. CSPN members enrolled in the My Life Spark partner cohort receive the benefits defined in the CSPN Partner Agreement.

Operational, governance, technology, educational, research, innovation, and ecosystem infrastructure are provided by COIM Inc. and its Core Ecosystem Members.

Open CSPN Partnership →

My Life Spark P.C. inside the ecosystem.

Within HeartRisa, My Life Spark P.C. serves as the Practice Innovation and Scaling Hub — an incubator for independent micro-franchise-based medical practices, supporting the future HeartRisa Participating Practice Network that will allow survivorship and cardio-oncology innovations to spread through affiliated practices.

That is why the CSPN partnership lives here: it is the bridge between a national professional network of survivorship clinicians and the practice-scaling layer of the Heart Spark ecosystem.

Article XXX

Legacy and Scalability Framework

The long-term objective is that HeartRisa remains larger than any single project, technology, grant, sponsor, partner, or organizational initiative. The ecosystem becomes durable because it is supported by COIM administration, Core Ecosystem Members, Strategic Partners, survivor leaders, professional leaders, and programs spanning education, research, technology, sponsorship, grants, and community engagement.

In that mature state, HeartRisa functions as the central collaborative layer spanning the entire Heart Spark ecosystem — continuously translating survivor experiences, clinical expertise, research evidence, educational initiatives, technological innovation, and community engagement into scalable improvements in survivorship care and cardiovascular health.
